Cancellation Policy

Check-in: after 14:00
Check-out: before 12:00

NOTE:

In case of departure between 12:00 and 18:00 the guest will be charged with an additional 50% of the value of one night’s stay at the hotel.
If case of departure after 18:00 the guest will be charged with the value of one night’s stay.
In case of arrival after 00:00 the guest should inform the hotel.

Cancellation / Prepayment
If the guest wishes to cancel his reservation, he must communicate in time with the manager of the facility. The guest reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time, with the following fees charged:
If the reservation is canceled:

22 or more days before the date of the arrival, the prepayment will be returned to the guest.
14 to 21 days before the date of the arrival, 30% of the amount of the prepayment will be returned to the guest.
In case of departure before the scheduled day, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival day until 23:00, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
